Ron Lord

Meet Ron Lord:

Full-time Real Estate Tycoon is in his 3rd decade of assisting family, friends, and referrals in their Real Estate endeavors. His focus has always been helping buyers and sellers in single-family home transactions. Having a niche in the foreclosure side of the industry has allowed Ron to develop serious relations with multiple investors and earn their trust and loyalty by continuing to provide factual and trustworthy data to support investing in homes and being able to turn a profit on these homes. Although we try very hard to support home ownership on all levels, <even the investment level> sometimes we need the big dogs to buy these properties that aren't suitable to lend directly to home owner occupants. Our investors have a way of making these homes fully functional and well, sparkly even which on the back end helps homeowners to buy homes that they know will be investment worthy long term.

"I am looking forward to helping all of our buyers make educated decisions when it comes to purchasing your next home. This is a HUGE financial decision thank you for trusting me to help guide you through this process!"

Real Estate is just the core part of who is Ron though; most people recognize Mr. Lord as the local Southern Maryland “Tye-DyeGuy”.  Tye-Dye clothing is worn by Ron on a daily basis, he uses his unique style to help stand above the crowd and interact with everyone.  Ron has devoted much of his time to helping programs such as the local food pantry at “TheMission” in Lexington Park, Maryland. Ron aims to seek awareness for this program and encourage community support and involvement to help feed those local less fortunate people, sometimes life just doesn’t go your way, having encouragement from a stranger can change somebody’s world in a minute; don’t underestimate how far your encouragement of others can take them.

Ron has a long record of supporting the local community programs. He is a volunteer with St Mary’s County Public Schools, and more specifically boasts the literacy program at the elementary schools. By devoting time to encourage reading in our youngsters he is inspiring imagination in our youth. The “Pinch ontoBooks” Reading Program is presented by Educational Systems Federal Credit Union and with Ron’s help will be returning for the tenth season in the 2017-2018 baseball season. If you have a child in a local Saint Mary’s, or Charles county school it is likely they will come home with a bookmark and even a magnet from The “Tye Dye Guy”.

Ron has been a volunteer with the Charlotte Hall Veterans home for several years now. His own father served in the Navy, as well his son served in the United States Air Force. Veterans hold a very special place in the heart of most American’s and Ron especially. His goal for the Veteran’s home is to help enrich the lives of those who fought so hard to provide us with the freedoms we have today. He is a strong advocate as he truly believes in this program. Don't be surprised if he invites you to one of their seasonal dances, encourages you to stop by for Bingo or says Hey! Come help serve Ice Cream one Sunday!

Physical activity is of course also an important role in everyone’s life. Ron has officiated basketball and softball games at the high school level and college/division 1 levels. He supports high school recreation and even umpires locally. He encourages both young children and adults to get out and get moving!

The Tye Dye team helped me sell my old house and buy my new home.
They were tenacious when needed to be and gave me insight from their years of experience. I would recommend this team to anyone trying to sell or buy a home.
